POSTPARTUM DOULAS

The postpartum period comes with a whirlwind of emotions and new experiences, all while trying to recover from the birth itself! Whether your first or fifth baby, the postpartum period needs to be respected and supported.

With a team of doulas trained in postpartum support, lactation, and infant development, we comprehensive & evidence based support and information. We also offer sleep education and support. This can include daytime consults, or overnight support.
